Shipping policy

Shipping Carrier:
We ship all orders via USPS with tracking included on every package.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During peak times or special releases, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time:

• Standard Shipping (USPS First Class or Priority): 3–7 business days (after processing)

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Issues:
Once your package is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors. If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local USPS office first. We’ll assist where we can.
